A new For more than 60 yearsThe Arc of East Middlesex (EMARC), a human services agency located in Wakefield, Burlington and Beverly had a name that did not match their core values. Pull was engaged to conduct an in-depth branding exercise that resulted in a new name, brand identity, tagline, and messaging platform that aligns with their community, culture, and where they are headed in the future.

A fresh look, feel, and voice that speaks to everyone internally and externally, generating excitement and a sense of moving forward. The messaging framework, which consists of the brand concept, mission statement, vision statement, core values, elevator pitch, and key messages, provides an easy, time-saving method of creating communications on the fly while driving consistency across all touchpoints.
